The First night of Taraweeh Prayers will be Sunday, July 31st, 2011 at 9:45pm

the Young Muslims of the Worcester Masjid will be having a bake sale this Friday, June 22nd during the weekly dinner to raise funds for events.
The bake sale will be open from 9:00pm – 10:00pm.
Grab them while they’re fresh!
If they’re as tasty as they look in these pictures, chances are they’ll be sold out quickly!

Alhuda Academy has submitted an application for a $50,000 grant at refresheverything.com. If we win, the funds will be applied to new playground equipment and swings for ages 0-12 that will enhance our school and the whole community insha Allah.

I’d like to thank everybody for making our first archery session such a success, especially the Khreims for allowing us to use their yard for the course. I’m happy to say that due to the response I’ve been getting I will be accepting enrollments for a second week of archery from Monday, July 25 to Friday, July 29 and the weekend of July 30 – 31.
There will be three new sessions available:
The first is a beginner’s session for new students who have previously taken archery or have never shot a bow. This class will be from 9:00am to 11:00am. $100 per person. (Maximum 12 Archers)
